If you are shopping for Bat Mitzvah, Senior Prom, Junior Prom, Sweet 16, 8th Grade Dance, Mother of the Bride/Groom, Pageant, or any other occasion that requires a formal cocktail dress or gown, then the answer is YES YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT! We are by appointment for all special occasion dresses/gowns.
We require a parent or guardian over the age of 25 present at all times for prom dress shopping appointments. A parent/guardian is not required at alteration appointments or pickups. If you would like to book an appointment with us and there is no parent or guardian able to attend with you due to circumstances beyond your reach, please email us at LOLASNJ@GMAIL.COM and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Just about every prom dress store in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania require a parent or guardian present at the time of a prom dress shopping appointment, so I promise you it's not just LOLA'S "making this rule up" Please be respectful of boutiques store policies being that they are usually the same across the board. The more the merrier! There is no limit on how many people can come to accompany you at a special occasion dress shopping appointment. However, one appointment = one person trying on. If multiple people in your party are shopping for special occasion dresses at the same time, more than one appointment is required.

Just like many evening wear boutiques, all dresses and gowns purchased IN STORE AT OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. LOLA'S is not responsible if your event is postponed or cancelled. LOLA'S is not responsible for those who have "changed their mind" and no longer find the dress/gown that they purchased suitable to their likings. Thank you for respecting our store policies.
On your yellow alteration ticket under your name and phone number there is an approximate due date. If you alteration is past due, please email us at LOLASNJ@GMAIL.COM with your name that is on your yellow ticket, phone number, due date, and wear date. If it is not past due yet, please do not contact us until it is 1 full day past due. We appreciate your patience.
